This is a custom character sheet I made for Cubicle 7's "Adventures in Middle-earth" (AiME) for Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition.
As beautiful as AiME is, the official character sheets don't look particularly good in my opinion. So I tried to do better. I also wanted a sheet with boxes and fields for the things important in AiME, such as the Miserable condition or the concept of the Journey (see the 3rd picture).
I've used elements from Cubicle 7's official character sheet for The One Ring, and all rights remain of course with Cubicle 7. This is derivative fan work, and I don't want to imply that my sheet is in any way official or endorsed.
EDIT: I've uploaded a new version with less squiggly corners and new entries for inspiration and madness degeneration.
